Dive into a controlled, premium environment engineered specifically for underwater cinematography, fashion photography, and creative productions.
Key Features of our Studio:
8-Foot Depth: The ideal sweet spot for underwater creators. Deep enough to allow for dynamic, vertical movement and full garment or tail extensions, yet optimized for quick surface access and excellent talent safety.
Premium Saltwater System: Gentle on the eyes, skin, and wardrobe! Our pristine saltwater environment ensures you and your talent can perform comfortably for extended sessions without the harsh irritation, redness, or chemical odor associated with traditional chlorinated pools.
Anti-Glare Dark Concrete Finish: Designed with the camera crew in mind, the pool features a custom dark concrete interior. This specialized surface absorbs excess light bounce, drastically reducing backscatter, hot spots, and the typical lighting difficulties found in bright, reflective spaces. The result is a moody, cinematic, and easily controlled backdrop right out of the camera.

Bring Your Own Gear & Power (Blank Canvas Studio)
We provide the premium water space, location amenities, and your safety person, but we do not offer studio equipment rentals of any kind. Your production must be completely self-sufficient. Please ensure your crew brings the following, if required for your project:
Power Supply: While standard electrical outlets are available on-site, we highly recommend bringing your own portable power supply or generator to safely support heavy production lighting and gear.
Camera Equipment: All camera bodies, lenses, and underwater housing units.
Lighting & Grip: Submersible lighting, continuous lights, modifiers, C-stands, grip gear, and sandbags.
Creative Elements: Backdrops, props, and weights to submerge items if necessary. Pl
Info and Policies for Pool and Property
-
Underwater production carries inherent risks, and talent safety is our absolute highest priority.
Mandatory Safety Person Attendance: A dedicated safety person must be on deck and active for the entire duration of any in-water booking.
Single Focus: This individual’s sole responsibility is monitoring the safety of the talent and crew in the water. They cannot dual-role as a photographer, videographer, model, or general production assistant unless they are able to rotate out with another dedicated safety person.
Sourcing: Production teams may provide their own certified safety diver, freedive safety, or lifeguard (subject to studio approval prior to the shoot). Alternatively, you can request to hire one of our preferred, experienced underwater safety professionals for an additional fee when booking. Bookings will be paused or canceled immediately if a dedicated safety person is not present.
-
Controlled Access: Because this is a private property studio, only crew and talent listed on the booking agreement are permitted on-site.
Gear & Electricity: All underwater lighting, cameras, and electrical equipment must be strictly rated for underwater use and properly secured. We recommend bringing power banks etc. in case power from the house is unable to reach the pool.

For the safety of our guests, talent, and staff, as well as the security of the facility and specialized equipment, please be aware of our surveillance policy:
Active Monitoring: The property is equipped with active exterior security cameras monitoring the studio perimeter, pool deck, and entry points.
Privacy Assured: No cameras are placed in designated changing areas, restrooms, or private styling spaces.
Liability & Compliance: Footage is recorded 24/7 for liability, safety, and insurance purposes. Tampering with, covering, or disconnecting any security hardware will result in the immediate termination of the booking with zero refund.

Our specialized underwater studio requires meticulous preparation and is booked/cleaned exclusively for your production. To secure your dates and protect the integrity of our studio schedule and property, we enforce a strict payment and cancellation policy. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms:
Payment in Full: All bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled shoot date. If payment is not received by the 14-day mark, your time slot will be automatically released to the waitlist, and your reservation will be canceled.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances—including client cancellations, project delays, talent changes, or simple changes of mind. The only exceptions to this rule are if the studio must cancel the booking on our end due to facility maintenance, or hazardous weather.
Rescheduling Protocol: We understand that production timelines can shift. You are permitted one (1) complimentary reschedule to a new date, provided the new date falls within 30 days of your original booking.
Notice Requirement: Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to your shoot. Requests made less than 7 days before the shoot will be treated as a total cancellation and forfeit all funds.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Your rental period begins exactly at your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not extend the booking duration. If the production team fails to show up within 60 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking is forfeited with zero recourse.
